1. Will my requirement reach the exact hotel?
No, the reservation will arrive to our reservation office and we will arrange the booking for you. The price is the same as the hotel offers or even lower!!

2. When and how will I get accommodation voucher?
Your accommodation voucher will be ready after authorization of your credit card. You will recieve information e-mail about the authorization and than you can collect the voucher on www.1BigEurope.com if you log in to the web page with your user name and password (you get these details with confirmation of your booking by e-mail).

3. How much do I pay to make a reservation through your web site?
Our service is free of charge and you will pay only the acommodation and services arranged through us. The majority of prices are lower then directly in the hotel.

4. Is it sure that hotel I have booked has a vacancy?
For the availability we have to contact our supplier and therefore it is not possible to guarantee nor inform you about the availability over the phone and it is better to send a request by e-mail. If the exact hotel is fully booked, we will offer you a similar one instead.

5. Is paying by credit card secure?
Absolutely. We are very highly aware of the absolute security of your personal dates especially of your credit card details. Each reservation form is checked by SSL secure server. Our security system is supported by a 56-bit encryption certificate issued by Thawte. All your personal details are 100% encrypted when transferred over the internet. If you are afraid of sending the number of your credit card by Internet, you do not have to be. 6. Are your rates per person/night or per room/night?
All of our rates stated on our web site are per person per night.

7. When becomes my reservation firm?
Your reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation e-mail from 1BigEurope. As a proovment of your reservation is accommodation voucher that you have to collect on our web site 10 days before the arrival and will be again informed by e-mail.

8. When my credit card will be charged?
Your credit card will be charged for online reservations immediately with booking and for reservation upon request as soon as accommodation is confirmed.
